Harman and First Response Groups Endorse Efforts for Recognition The First Response Coalition (FRC) today called on Congress to designate September 22nd as "National First Responders Appreciation Day." This long-overdue national day of recognition would honor the millions of first responders who risk their lives to protect America's communities.
