North Dakota withdraws 700 MHz Waiver requests

 

North Dakota had one of the more controversial waiver request for early local implementation of 700 MHz broadband.  Included in their waiver request was access to the entire public safety allocation, including the narrowband allocation, for use in a statewide system.
