REVISIONS TO RULES AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF LOW POWER AUXILIARY

STATIONS IN THE 698-806MHZ BAND.   FCC adopts order to prohibit the

distribution and sale of devices operating in the 700 MHz frequency and to clear the band for public safety and next generation consumer uses.
