Google promises to bid $4.6B in 700 MHz auction if open-access conditions are met

Google Inc. today said it will bid at least $4.6 billion in the upcoming 700 MHz auction if the Federal Communications Commission adopts an unrestricted, open-access framework for one-third of the spectrum....
