FCC Issues Initial Technical Requirements for Public Safety Broadband 700 MHz SystemsThe initial set of technical interoperability requirements we approve herein creates a baseline technical interoperability framework for Petitioners' actual deployment of public safety broadband networks in advance of the Federal Communications Commission's (Commission) adoption of final technical and operational rules for a nationwide interoperable public safety roadband network.
