UTC Seeks Reconsideration
Regarding fixed operations being permitted only on an ancillary and secondary basis of the portion of the Bureau’s Order which restricts the use of fixed operations in the 700 MHz public safety broadband spectrum (i.e. 763-768 MHz and 793-798 MHz). 

Public safety group also seeks similar reconsideration:  City of Charlotte, the District of Columbia, Iowa Statewide Interoperable Communications Systems Board, State of New Jersey, City of Mesa, AZ, the State of New Mexico, the State of Arizona, and the City of Seattle, Washington.
