Mesa requests the licensing of six 700 MHz narrowband interoperability channels for a deployable trunked facility.It seeks a waiver of Section 90.531(b)(1)(iii) of the Commission's rules to exceed the maximum number of interoperability channels that may be trunked.  We grant Mesa's waiver request, subject to conditions, because doing so will not frustrate the Commission's intent in enacting Section 90.531(b)(1)(iii), and because it is in the public interest to do so...
