ITS hosts emergency communications system for Orange County January 5, 2007 at 9:05 am ITS Telecommunications, Orange County and the Division of Highway Patrol for the State of North Carolina have implemented an emergency radio system for Orange County public safety agencies. In the process, ITS acquired a new radio system for field personnel at UNC-Chapel Hill.
