In its historic 700 MHz order, the FCC clearly didn't make everyone happy, as lawyers for interested parties have been working overtime to file a flurry of lawsuits and petitions for reconsideration to get the commission to change its rules for the auction, which is scheduled to begin on Jan. 16.
